I've noticed assembly errors in a lot of the tanks.
The 76 sherman shows an extra piece for the gun mantlet that shouldn't be there.

The sad thing is, during dry-fitting I placed them correctly, then I thought oh let's check I'm getting this right, and put them on wrong, according to instructions, consistently on 8 tanks in a row. :(
And it'll be near impossible to fix, considering it's a small part in a tight space, with a relatively large contact surface using plastic cement. :(

I don't as of yet have the Gf9 Soviet tanks, but I bought some from the Flames of War line to fill in for my starter cards (I did snag as Tanks starter at my flgs). The FOW kit of two T-34s does not come with assembly instructions, but instead a web link that says I can get instructions online. I failed to find instructions tonight, but I did find the reference photos I used when I built my models. They are at: http://www.flamesofwar.c...tabid=55&search=t-34Anyway, I think those photos show the exhaust in the correct position. Now I need to check to see if I glued mine upside down or not.

On the back of the box sets on the web site there are sometimes an assembly diagram. Otherwise find them on ebay and some sellers provide back shots of the box. FoW do have assembly instructions for several taks, Comet being one, so it might be a case of blundering around on Related Articles for the tanks of interest. My box for the Open Fire release of T-34s does not have instructions on it (sad panda) but in other news, it looks like I glued my exhausts on in a fashion that matches the photo at the top of this thread.

If they had included instructions, you might have glued them on wrongly. In this case missing instructions would be a win :)
I really hope that GF9 fixes the online diagrams at least. Having some sticky assembly errata on the Tanks frontpage would suit them as well.

I was aware how to build them when I posted this. The goal of this post is to notify GF9 about their error.

Yea, I noticed they showed them upside down and just put them on right when I built it. If people didn't notice at least it wasn't a major part.
