So, I wanted to try and create German force, when I noticed possibility to combine Barkmann and Pak-Wagen.

With his: If this tank does not score any uncancelled Hits or Critical Hits with its first Attack, make another Attack.
And cautious: After shooting, if this tank has any Damage Points left, roll a die. On a 4, 5 or 6 make a single move and add one to its Speed token.

Does it mean (and lets assume that I did damage and successed in cautious):

1. I can attack someone, move with cautious and then attack again (possibly previously invisible target) and move with cautious again.
2. I attack someone, attack again and then move with cautious.

It depends whether "shooting" (Cautious) = "attack" (Barkmann). But I think that RAI was:
Cautious: After (completing it's own) shooting (phase), if this tank has any Damage Points left, roll a die. On a 4, 5 or 6 make a single move and add one to its Speed token.
So I'd say option 2.

Great question!

Jagdwerwolf brings it to the point. does "attack" = "shooting"?
but also add: does "shooting" = "shooting phase"?

My interpretation of "cautious" wording is that "shooting" refers to all actions done during the "shooting phase" by this very tank - thus putting a cautious move at the very end of that tanks shooting.

I would too go option 2.
attack, re-attack, move.

attempt to explain:

The rule book seems not to give a clear answer, but asks for personal interpretation.

On page 9 it says:
"In the Shooting Phase, both players shoot with any or all their tanks."
It lacks the distinct wording "attack".

I would interpret that the motion of throwing Attack dice (thus performing an "attack") is the actual subordinated performance of "Shooting".
In other words: "attack", "defense", "scoring hits"/"critical hits", applying "damage" etc. are all motions during a single "Shooting".

So like re-rolls I would say all "Attacks" are to be considered part of the same, one instance of "Shooting"-action per tank.

Now Cautious triggers "after [all] shooting" is done, thus after all re-rolls, special rolls, re-"attacks" have been dealt with.

///

However it gets real messy when now looking at Bobby Woll, who, if the first "Attack" had an effect he may "Shoot" again. This either means shooting = attacking = option 1. I would rather tend to interpret this as a spelling issue and say the intent is "may Attack again", rather than "shoot again". Otherwise both Bobby Woll and barkmann, by my logic, would be able to "shoot" (=attack) move, "shoot" (=attack) AGAIN and thus move again.

To back up Uthak on this;

Smoke Rounds: "When shooting, this tank may discard this card instead of rolling attack dice..."

The tank is already shooting before (and instead of) throwing attack dice. Is presume it's still shooting until after defense and hit effects are applied.

Barkmanns ability must be used after an attack not a move, if you Cautious you miss the trigger to use Barkmanns ability.

Cautious also happens after shooting, so after the tank makes this move its activation ends.
