Will Tanks exist solely as a Tankers skirmish game system, or are there plans to eventually incorporate fast-play infantry, ATG, and or artillery/air support rules/units?

Safe to say that we'll be sticking with tanks for the foreseeable future. There's plenty of scope to explore there.

Think Infantry could be cool, no offensive abilities but used for taking and holding an objective, just a way of claiming ownership. Bonus points for running them over :) |

I'm fine with just tanks. If you want more can always move to flames of war.

Just tanks would still be very cool, as you could make the jump from WWII and move into other eras (Team Yankee style)

Agreed, stick to tanks, it is a perfect entry game into the Miniatures Wargaming Hobby, if you want more than just tanks you can easily continue to games like Flames of War, Battlegroup, etc.
