hey, yes somewhere in the forum this has been asked and answered before.
+1 attack at close range is obvious.
By make 'a normal move' they meant: make one single 1 arrow move after deployment but before anything else happens.
normal does NOT mean make 2x 1 arrow moves or even 3x 1 arrow moves on a fast vehicle. just 1x 1 single arrow move.
For reference screen the forum or I think I put the link in the faq as well
