100 pt game
Trying out some pseudo Desert war tanks.
Brits had a Grant , 2 Crusaders and 3 Sherman V.
Crusaders had Bloodthirsty gunner, Grants had various upgrades taking it to I8 moving, I6 shooting.

Germans had 2 Panzer IV short, 2 Panzer IV long and I popped in a Puma and Stug.
P IV long had racing driver, one P IV short had precise loader. Stug bigger hammer, Puma, Scout and Cunning commander.
I also reduced the shots by one for the Puma and Stug to be more in keeping with earlier versions.

Brits got absolutely hammered, all dead for the loss of one P IV short.
3 Hit points is not good.

Grant, on one HP left got hit by a Puma sideshot. 2 or 3 hits against 6 def dice. Grant failed them all.

I am struggling a bit to see what the Brits could have done differently in this setup as the P IV long had higher I and so could decide to stay still and tough it out, Germany rolled well for defence but 4 shot rerolls against max 3 defence for the Crusaders was like shooting fish in a barrel.

I looked through my binos at the smoking ruins, brushed the sand off my uniform and retired for some Schnapps and listen to Lili Marlene on my gramophone.

I was quite happy with my Germans facing that :)
He did had some bad luck though, 12 shots at a stationary stug I think resulted in a "shell shocked" and nothing else.
Now i know that i am justified in going after stugs when i fight against Germans, they are little buggers!
