Hey there,

in the starter box description it states 1 Panther and 2 Shermans.
Can i also build the Jagdpanther upon the Starter? Which Sherman can i build with the Starter? US or UK Version?

On the webiste it shows both option under "Depot" for both nations. I am a little bit confused now.

Also: Is it possible to pay via paypal in the store? It only gives me the option to pay with credit card (which i dont have).
Are there any other shops that got Tanks for preorder (with the option to pay with paypal.)?

The Starter Set has one Panther Sprue (which can make a panther or jagdpanther) and two American Sherman sprues (which can make Sherman 75mm or Sherman 76mm tanks).

We talk about the Panther and Sherman specifically, because those are the tanks used in the intro scenario.

A lot of our plastic kits can make one tank or the other. In the case of the Sherman variants, you can actually build one hull and two turrets, so you can swap them over between games.

Thats really cool to hear. :)

As stated on the website the starter box contains 18! tank cards. I count 18 tanks avaiable for preorder (4 German, 4 UK, 4 US, 6 Russian). So we got one tank card of all tanks inside the starter box?

Same for hero and upgrade cards?

I believe there are some hero cards in there, but not all of them.
Hero cards are one of the main draws for people to buy Tank Expansions.

...except that they have 8 Soviet tanks available in the initial release (IS-2 & IS-85; ISU-122 & ISU-152; SU-85 & SU-100; T-34, T-34/85) for a total of 20 tanks.

If you're looking at the numbers listed in the Depot, they've been fixed. There are actually 22 tank cards in the starter set.
One for each tank available at release, and an extra Sherman 75 and Sherman 76. So that both variants you can build in that box are covered.

That's setting up the followup game, TANKS: POW Exchange. In addition to Wittmann on the German side, there'll be Americans Hilts, Hendley, and Sefton, with Bartlett, Blythe, and Ashley-Pitt for the British. Price can be either American or German.

Seriously, though, having blind, unallied cards would only work if they also had blind tanks in the expansion 'boosters' and made the game out to be a CMG. As it stands, the cards could either be set (so you'll always get Wittmann with the Panther, for example), or blind but allied to the country of the tank in question (but again, that drifts into CMG territory, so I think unlikely).

Not a fan of blind boosters or cards, usually end up with multiples of ones I don't want whilst always missing those I need. Much prefer a set contents in the packs
