What is the minimum defense dice you can have? Is it 1 or 0?

Even though it is highly unlikely, a tank can be reduced by circumstances to 0 Defense Dice.

(By the rules as written, you could even, potentially, have negative Defense Dice, but as there's no guidance for that, 0 is the functional minimum.)
