For example:

Can a tank rotate at the end of its movement?

How much can a tank rotate?

If a stationary tank rotates, does that count as a movement action?

Any time you make a move, you can place the tank so that it is square against the movement arrow (either parallel or perpendicular). So that rotation is part of that movement.

Rotation by itself is still counted as movement, and has all the pros and cons that come with that.

The movement system is very loose and somewhat abstract - when you place the tank on the arrow after placing the arrow the only stipulation is to lay it with an edge on it. SO you can rotate it backwards in effect, but it counts as moving,

Just so I'm clear. This came up in my last game. Can you just rotate on spot? What I mean is it's the Movement Phase. Can I rotate my tank in place? Basically, you don't use the Measuring Stick but just "spin" the tank and keep it where it's at but facing another direction or if you want to rotate you must use the Measuring Stick and will have to move from your present location?

You must place the arrow and then move your tank so that it is square against the tail of the arrow, exactly as described in the rulebook, but as the arrow can be placed touching the tank at any point, you can place it in such a way that the effect is the same as rotating.
