Initiative Tie resolution as it is, is not balanced and can set the tone of a game at a dice roll.
Especially if all Tanks are Initiative tied. PZ IVs vs Shermans for example.
Here’s an easy much needed fix.
Rule:
Initiative Ties: If Tanks are tied in initiative between players, those players should roll off, highest roll may grant priority to themselves or their opponent(s), whoever receives priority would move first at tied initiatives but also shoot first at tied initiatives.

Just to clarify I have played since release and quite frequently. I now run our tournaments/leagues with this fix and now Attackers/Defenders are actually at 50% victories rounded. Where as without this they are wildly skewed. Attackers had 83% vs Defenders 17% victories rounded. Same players. All experienced.

Alternative:

Attacker wins initiative ties for first tank and then players swap.

US player has 3 shermans with INI 6, GE player has 3 PzIVs with INI 6 (cards included). US player is attacker.
movement phase:
1. US player wins Ini tie, so GE player has to move with one tank first.
2. then US player moves his first tank and GE moves second one.
3. US player moves his second tank and GE plyer moves his third.
4. US player moves his third tank.

shooting phase:
1. US player wins ties, so he shoots first with one tank.
2. GE player shoots with one tank.
3. US shoots his second tank
rest is clear...
Truth! Freedom! Justice! And a hard-boiled egg!
