You can find rules for Artillery here. The only tank who has them (I know of) is the Panzer IV (short) coming in the next expansion (Africa). happy tanking.

Why is it only for that Tanks?
Many large calibers are trained to be a type of artillery

Because there is at the moment only one tank with this special rule. That's why
And it's not a tealy great rule |
