We do have a 6-sheet terrain pack coming soon. It includes the three sheets of Normandy terrain as well as the three from the Bear Awakens OP.
If you're really keen on getting some desert-themed cardboard terrain, there are two sheets of it in the new El Alamein box for FoW. (It also has a handful of midwar tanks, but no TANKS cards)

It just seams that there is next to no information about future releases and the website is updated once in a blue moon. I would like to see more regular content like on the main FoW site.

(It also has a handful of midwar tanks, but no TANKS cards) Oh my, 2 Crusaders, a Grant and 2 Panzers, all for 25gbp? Tempting, very tempting. Luckily(?) for me I don't appear to have a local stockist, otherwise I'd be buying this, and risking getting sucked into Flames Of War* . . . . Cheers. * Which I really don't want to do, not because I don't like FoW or anything, but I certainly don't have any room for masses of 15mm WW2 stuff. A few tanks and a 3'x3' play area I can just about cope with.Edited by user Friday, March 17, 2017 5:46:21 AM(UTC)

Had a quick look at the stats for Brits. Probably don't need to buy any desert tanks as I have plenty of wet paper bags here which probably afford more protection :) It'll certainly test the player's tactical skills. Wrong place, wrong time, no tank. |

Is it strange that the desert Tiger has different stats - -1 on both Init and Damage - than the Normandy era Tiger I? Init I can explain away - better training & tactics - but Damage? I'm not aware that the Tiger changed much armour-wise over it's lifetime. Cheers.

Also, I like the Hull Gun rule for the Grant - presumably this simulates shooting with either the 37mm (attack 3) or the 75mm (attack 4)? Wonder if you can build a Lee with the kit? The Brits used a few of those as well. Identical stats for the game. I assume the Crusader is a 'III' with a 6-pdr? Be nice if you can build a 'II' with a 2-pdr as well, and reduce the attack value to 3 for, say, 10pts? I really do like these releases. Edit: And after having a quick look at the FoW assembly videos for both Crusader & Grant, I see that you can indeed build either a Crusader III or II, and also either a Grant or Lee, assuming the kits are indeed identical. And the Lee was used in Tunisia by the Americans too.

I think most players would like to be able to get their hands on the otherwise impossible to get cardboard terrain from the OP kits...

I got one at Salute so I'm sure those are just around the corner. Just cardboard terrain from OPs, no instructions.

Especially considering how complex or hard to understand the rules for some of those pieces can be for some people (bocage, mine fields, etc). Squinting over a pdf on your phone at your FLGS isn't an ideal way to use the terrain, speaking as someone who's done it.
