The value of the remaining one increases beyond all reason.
Might struggle a bit with a tank card though :( |

Out of interest is the slight tongue in cheek tone appreciated by customers or not, and do you feel the reference to a "few" going out wrong is disingenuous or not?
I'm involved in customer services one way or another so this interests me
Customer Service is also a part of what I do and I think it was okay to use the term "a few" in their explanation. it acknowledged the error and offered a short & long term solution. Also it is not like the product had been out for a few months. The main reason why I think it was okay in this instance is because they actually engage the customers somewhat regularly in the forums. I agree that what happens next with this issue is important.

Well - my replacement card arrived in the post today..................
It's the same wrong one as the first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the first set of wrongness was a quality control error. Fair enough. I now have 2 more coordinated fire Achilles cards. This is turning out like buying Panini football cards when you end up with many duplicates. I would say "how hard can it be?". Clearly quite difficult. Please resend the corrections to the corrected cards to me asap. Edit: I also have an outstanding problem with parent company battlefront about a badly miscast resin/metal jagdtiger. Supposed to be being dealt with for around a month now, still nothing. Customer service isn't great here. Edited by user Sunday, November 13, 2016 9:53:31 AM(UTC)

I get th "limited edition" too and I'm proud to get it :D
Mistakes will be happen.
I send the mail befor a few minutes, waiting now for the corrected card and while I'm waiting I play with the "limited edition" and the correct rules for the Achilles ;)
