For those lucky Guys ho got a copy of the game at Salute...
Am I missing something or there are no damage tokens with value 4?
I have all 1-5 but no 4.

Correct. 3+1 =4 saves a few pennies when printing. Personally I'd prefer to have 4's as well just for tidiness sake but never mind. Also if things like the Jagdtiger are planned in the future (please!!!!) then having individual damage counters all the way up to 11 would be stretching it. ;-)
