Pretty much the same here - which is why I think this isnt a Customer Service issue so much as a supply issue - they cant send what they don't have.

(edit) someone on FB has them so that theory is not going to work - which sadly leaves us back to sq 1

per Sean's recommendation I emailed customer service about not getting any challenge coins in OPS 1.3 a week or two ago. No response.

I got an email yesterday from CS about the Achilles... they have STILL not gotten them from the printers... don't expect the replacements any time soon.... Best I got from them is, "Your name is on the list."

Anyone get a card yet ? I just checked and on Nov 30 2016 I was told "ETA is roughly 6 weeks".

Getting close to six months...

Negative, I don't have a replacement card yet. In November I was told "February". meh.

I sent my request in about a month ago, the response was that they are on the next printing run but do I really want a replacement... Are you kidding me?!

Contact Battlefront directly. The overwhelming testimony online is that they are both deeply embarrassed at the supply chain problems, though they are not entirely responsible for them, and incredibly helpful and forthcoming with replacement products. I emailed battlefront about it a while back, they sent me a replacement card that also had co-ordinated fire.
I found it amusing

The people I game with know it has semi indirect regardless of card heading so it's all good. Have offered to use co-ordinated fire on them but no takers so far.

Still awaiting a pair of replacements, I emailed as soon as received items and "funnily" items came from gf9 site store in feb.

I am working on just stopping all my TANKS activity and just casual, screw it, I don't care if they go under.... and I even recently picked up the Minsk mat..... sigh.... great game, gone dodo, I guess

that was my response today..... somehow after 6-7 months, I do not believe it is the printer, I believe Battlefront threw them under the bus, so as to not have to take accountability for their lack of customer service and quality control

If the printers are incapable of producing a new batch of cards in 7 months then the printers need to have their contract ended and competent ones appointed.

If, however, the problem lies within the game company then the people responsible for dealing with this long running customer service issue should be brought to book.

If it's a managerial decision to avoid the cost of producing new cards to replace the inaccurate ones, presumably with the error not being noticed by quality control, then that is a disgrace.

That was such a feeble excuse it is an insult to all the people asking for the replacement cards promised in October 2016.
