Are the upgrade cards the same in the add on packs as the starter set? ie If I bought the Panther sets, are any of the upgrade cards the same as the starters Panther? Or put another way, do I get anything in the Sherman or Panther set that is not in the starter? Edited by user Monday, March 28, 2016 3:40:53 AM(UTC)

They will very likely be different to encourage you to buy expansions. Same as X-wing.

Hopefully have some different ones just so we have more diversity in upgrades, least the expansion packs are reasonably priced but am sure you'll be able to pick some up on Ebay once people start splitting them online. |

The first wave of Tank Expansions have an assortment of upgrades and crew that are ALSO in the Starter Set. Only the Hero Crew cards are exclusive to those packs.
So, the Starter Set has one copy of each regular Crew and Upgrade card, and a couple of heroes that are exclusive to the Starter Set.
